For a "LIMITED TIME" only, Mountain Air Organic Beds is offering UNLIMITED FREE 4 MONTH LAYER EXCHANGES. We pay all the shipping to and from for these exchanges. You can exchange as many times as you like during this 4 month period and we will handle all the cost. This is an exchange policy, not a refund policy. To get the 4 month program all you need to do is call 844-223-2263 and place the order directly with us. We will note on your order a code for the unlimited 4 month free layer exchange. This offer does not apply after the sale. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time without any notice.

Extra Firm Layers and sales delivered out of the continental USA are excluded from layer exchanges.

The VAST majority of cases a layer exchange fixes the issue. Sometimes it's the foundation or platform bed you put it on is worn out and needs replaced.

90 Days Free Layer Exchange Program

In case you missed the 4 month special, Our normal Free layer exchanges program is 90 days. During the 90 days we offer 1 Free Split Layer exchange, we even pay for the shipping! After that you still get 90 days of free layer exchanges, just pay shipping and handling approximately $99 for 2 split layers to receive and $99 to send 2 split old layers back to us. The time spent between ordering a new layer exchange, and having it for one week does not count in your 90 days. The clock does not start until you receive your mattress and bed you ordered from us.

Refunds are allowed on unopened bedding only with a 20% restocking fee to handle shipping & handling charges.

Otherwise, “ALL SALES ARE FINAL” for Mattresses, Mattress Pads, Adjustable Beds, further custom request, Toppers, & Woodworking.

The 90 day count starts on the day of delivery of your entire mattress and foundation or bed. Please note pillows and bedding may arrive on a different day than a mattress resulting in multiple counts. Free Layer Exchanges do not apply to any sizes other than Twin, Twin Extra Long, Queen, King and California King.

Layer Exchanges will not be given if the mattress layers has been put in sunlight, outside, dried out from air, or direct heat from mechanical sources. Torn, dirty, damaged or abused.

Please contact us at (844) 223-2263 for a Return Authorization Number. Items returned WITHOUT a RA# will not be honored with a refund. Be SURE to get your RA# within 30 days of delivery, you can always change your mind and cancel the RA#. We must receive returns for unopened bedding within 30 days.

You must ship the mattress layers back CLEAN, and undamaged. Bedding must be sent back in unopened packages. No smoke, unusual odors, or stains, and mattresses must be free of dirt, pet hair, & grime. Anything else voids this policy. Your credit card will be kept on file until the program ends in case the return product is not received or damaged.

Refunds and exchanges applies only to the person who paid for the order, refunds are given to original purchaser only with the original receipt from Mountain Air Organic Beds.

Mattresses, Toppers, Foundations, Platform beds, and Adjustable beds are not returnable under no circumstances. We reserve the right to replace any lost, defective, wrong or missing parts at our cost. It's wise to always hold on to the old mattress with any mattress purchase from anyone until your new mattress is in place.
