Our Policies


Mountain Air Organic Beds, is now offering 1 Free Layer Exchanges for 120 days. We pay all the shipping to and from for this exchange. You can exchange as many times as you like during this 120 day period. This is a exchange policy, not a refund policy.

The VAST majority of cases a layer exchange fixes the issue. Sometimes it's the foundation or platform bed you put it on is worn out and needs replaced. 

For layer exchanges we charge (S&H approximately $199 for other layers during the 120 days) except for the first 1/2 layer. The time spent between ordering a new layer exchange, and having it for one week does not count in your 120 days.

Refunds are allowed on unopened bedding only with a 20% restocking fee to handle shipping & handling charges.

Otherwise, “ALL SALES ARE FINAL” for Mattresses, Mattress Pads, Adjustable Beds, further custom request, Toppers, & Woodworking.

The 120 day count starts on the day of delivery of your entire mattress and foundation or bed if ordered from us …. Please note pillows and bedding may arrive on a different day than a mattress resulting in multiple counts.  Free Layer Exchanges do not apply to any sizes other than Twin, Twin Extra Long, Queen, King and California King. 

Layer Exchanges will not be given if the mattress layers has been put in sunlight, outside, dried out from air, or direct heat from mechanical sources. Torn, dirty, damaged or abused.

Please call us to see if you quality for a warranty or a return. 

Please contact us at (844) 223-2263 for a Return Authorization Number.  Items returned WITHOUT a RA# will not be honored with a refund.  Be SURE to get your RA# within 120 days, you can always change your mind and cancel the RA#.

You must ship the mattress layers back CLEAN, and undamaged. Bedding must be sent back in unopened packages. No smoke, unusual odors, or stains, and mattresses must be free of dirt, pet hair, & grime. Anything else voids this policy.

Refunds and exchanges applies only to the person who paid for the order, refunds are given to original purchaser only with the original receipt from Mountain Air Organic Beds. 

Mattresses, Toppers, Foundations, Platform beds, and Adjustable beds are not returnable under no circumstances. We reserve the right to replace any lost, defective, or missing parts at our cost.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged in transit products.  However, we will work to get it replaced for you as quickly as possible if damaged in transit.  We recommend you purchase signature required for $10.
