We want you to be happy with your purchase, and for that reason we offer FREE Layer Exchanges for 90 days. A 25-Year Mattress Warranty, and 2-Year Wood Warranty. Please see our policy page for more details.
*Our layer exchange program is not for returns. We do not accept returns except for unopened bedding returned within 30 days with 20% restocking fee to cover cost incurred.
Within 90 days of receiving your mattress, we will exchange layers with you. You will be responsible for shipping and handling each way. To make it easy we have the prices below.
Valid only on split or whole layers that have not been further customized such as custom sizes.
Prices for delivery in Continental USA only. If you live outside the USA, please contact us for international shipping rates.
To process a Layer Exchange...
1. Simply fill out this form, and we will order you a new layer.
2. Once you receive your new layer. Please roll up the old layer in the packaging your new layer came in. Whole layers, rolled up as tight as you can get them then fold them over to be the smallest package possible.
3. Contact us by email at MountainAirOrganicBeds@Gmail.com, or text at (479) 879-6142 with the size of package you were able to get the return layers into. Please request a pickup within 30 days to avoid credit card charges for extra layers.
4. Print out the pickup ticket from the email we will send you and attach it to the outside plastic for UPS Ground pickup.
5. Please mark on the box or plastic you wrapped it up in, the layer size and density you are returning.
Please note: Without providing your receipt, paying for shipping, we may not be able to process your layer exchange. Layer exchange is for original buyer only. If a gift, the receiver must be listed on the order and we can do layer exchanges with them.
6. Please email your receipt to MountainAirOrganicBeds@gmail.com along with details of what you would like us to return with this order. If this is to be the first layer exchange, please contact us to remove the extra charge for the 1st split layer.
7. After your first layer exchange please put the item you desire in your cart and checkout.
8. Please note: Layers not returned or returned with dirt, smell of smoke, unusual smell, cat hair, dog hair, grime, damaged in any way will be charged on the credit card on file for original price for that layer. We reserve the rights to keep the card on file till the Free layer exchange period is over.
